here is my ingredients that I used for cooking. NO MSG
First you have to buy these either in traditional market or supermarket.
This is portion for 4-6 people.
Main Ingredients:
- 4 Garlic
- 3 Onion
- 3 small chilis green/white
- 2 Inches Grated Galingal or Root Ginger, lengkuas
- 6 kaffir lime (daun jeruk purut)
- 1/2 team spoon of coriander seed
- 6/7 pecan
- 2 fresh Lemon grass
- fresh basil leaves (big one) not indonesian local basil
- Chicken
- Some vegetables like bean, terong (kind of eggplant), carrot
- Coconut milk
Have your pan ready and stir them in no I-7-8 in a little oil then when you smell he ingredients are mixed put chicken leave them for 10 minutes and after you add the coconut milk and wait again for 5-10 minutes in a very low temperature, if the chicken ready / cooked, add the vegetables for 3 minutes. a second after you turn off the stove, dont forget to add the basil leaves as many as you want but not tooo much tho.
