Thai Green Chicken Curry Ingredient

I love thai green chicken curry.
here is my ingredients that I used for cooking.  NO MSG

First you have to buy these either in traditional market or supermarket.
This is portion for 4-6 people. 
Main Ingredients:
 
  1. 4 Garlic 
  2. 3 Onion
  3. 3 small chilis green/white
  4. 2 Inches Grated Galingal or Root Ginger, lengkuas
  5. 6 kaffir lime  (daun jeruk purut) 
  6. 1/2 team spoon of coriander seed  
  7. 6/7 pecan 
  8. 2 fresh Lemon grass
  9. fresh basil leaves (big one) not indonesian local basil
  10. Chicken 
  11. Some vegetables like bean, terong (kind of eggplant), carrot   
  12. Coconut milk 
 Poin no 1-7, crashed them together with salt and only a little bit of Chicken stock and a bit of withe sugar (replacing MSG) to keep you smart:)


Have your pan ready and stir them in no I-7-8 in a little oil then when you smell he ingredients are mixed put chicken leave them for 10 minutes and after you add the coconut milk and wait again for 5-10 minutes in a very low temperature, if the chicken ready / cooked, add  the vegetables for 3 minutes. a second after you turn off the stove, dont forget to add the basil leaves as many as you want but not tooo much tho.
